Seeing “Trailer Connected” icon when you plugin your headache rack’s wiring harness?

Please contact us with any issues that you may have with your Magnum products and we’ll work on making things right.

You may be seeing some dash warnings in your truck like “trailer connected”, rear brake assist deactivated, or other indicators since you have installed your lighted Magnum truck rack. We are working on solutions, and we ask that you complete the Warranty form process, and we will get you taken care of with an updated harness to address these issues (free of charge). Also, if we need to provide any help with any Magnum products, please help complete the warranty form process, and our team will get you back out on the road.
