We are seeking a SALES SUPPORT/WARRANTY REPRESENTATIVE to work in our office located in Waterville, Maine. We manufacture aluminum truck equipment, and need someone with knowledge and experience in the automotive industry to assist our wildly successful sales team.
The pace is fast, and the daily tasks include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming product and order questions, creating quotes, processing orders, and handling warranty claims. The Sales Support/Warranty Representative will assist the sales team and also the retail customer that may call or come to the facility.
A successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Strong customer service experience
- Automotive industry knowledge
- Warranty claims experience
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Proficiency in Excel
- Will be self-motivated
- Will be organized
This position is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Salary is commensurate with experience; F3 offers a full benefit package.
